Dr. Baylor combines years of chiropractic training with a passion for helping patients feel their best—through personalized, evidence-based care. She received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the National University of Health Sciences and holds a bachelor’s degree from Florida State University. She regularly pursues continuing education to stay up to date on best practices and techniques, including a special interest in the flexion-distraction technique for qualified patients.

“I became a chiropractor because I’ve always loved using my hands to help others. I believe every patient deserves care that is personal, compassionate and designed to support their whole health—not just treat pain. My goal is to help families and individuals move better, feel stronger and live with confidence.”

Her approach is rooted in treating the whole person, not just their symptoms. Patients appreciate her friendly, bubbly personality and her clear, compassionate communication. Whether you’re new to chiropractic care or seeking a second opinion, she takes the time to explain everything she’s doing—so you know what to expect and feel empowered throughout your treatment.

Her greatest adventure happens outside the office—raising two boys with her husband. These energetic boys keep her life fun and busy. You’ll often find her and her family cheering on Florida State athletics or exploring new restaurants around St. Pete. She's an active member of the Junior League of St. Petersburg and loves staying active with Peloton bike rides and strength training workouts.
